Classic Gin cocktail. Bright acidity, and a touch of floral-ness. Can also be made with our Classic Gin - same measurements.

Ingredients

• 2oz Rundle Bar Gin
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup
• 0.25oz Crème de Violette (do not over pour this ingredient)

Instructions

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin then add ice. Shake for 5-7 seconds then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist, oils expressed.
